Our Domestic Manufacturing Process

Step 1: Project Kickoff & Scope

We begin with a discovery call and a detailed Scope of Work outlining timelines, deliverables, and cost estimates for your U.S.-based production run.

Step 2: Domestic Sourcing & Planning

We source materials. including leather, canvas, hardware, and packaging, from U.S.-based suppliers whenever possible. You’ll receive a full bill of materials (BOM) and sourcing roadmap.

Step 3: Sampling & Approvals

Our in-house sample makers create production-ready prototypes in our U.S. facilities, allowing for rapid iteration and approval before cutting begins.

Step 4: Cut-and-Sew Production

With your sample approved, we move into full production. Our domestic cut-and-sew teams handle material prep, stitching, assembly, and finishing—all under one roof.

Step 5: Quality Checks & Final Assembly

Products are inspected at multiple stages for consistency and accuracy. Once approved, they are packed, labeled, and shipped from our U.S. facility to your fulfillment center or distributor.

Our U.S. Quality Standards

Every product made in our U.S. facilities follows a strict quality control process. We implement multi-stage inspections, from in-line checks during stitching to post-production reviews for accuracy and finish. Our team uses spec sheets and approved samples as benchmarks, ensuring consistency across every unit.
